- TRADEIT strictly follows Trading Principle and Stop-Loss Policy wherein Customer by default agree to or not to enter any trade without Pre Informed/defined Stop Loss.
- TRADEIT shall not be liable for any financial loss arises out of customer’s mistake and customer will be solely responsible for any such loss.
- TRADEIT does not appoint or endorse cash collection services agents / employees / agency. Cash transactions are valid only through banking channels in specific TRADEIT accounts as mention in our website and mobile application.
- TRADEIT may be crediting few hundred points in customer accounts so that prospective customer can make themselves familiar from this mobile application operationally. For this purpose whatever call may e provided to unpaid clients may be of demo nature. No customer should do actual trading on those calls and any loss arising out of such unpaid call will not be the responsibility of TRADEIT
- Customer agrees to submit KYC (Know Your Client) and CRP (Customer Risk Profile) documents to TRADEIT or to his/her broker and to be added or updated in the KRA database. Customer also empowers TRADEIT to use KYC Rating Agencies (KRA) to comply KYC guidelines. A failure to add or update the KYC will lead to hold on the service till fulfillment of relevant guidelines. The service will only be started after relevant KYC and CRP are added / updated in a satisfactory manner.
- If there is any conflict between this User Agreement and other documents, this User Agreement shall govern, whether such order or other documents is prior to or subsequent to this User Agreement, or is signed or acknowledged by any director, officer, employee, Representative or agent of TRADEIT.
- By providing your mobile number, you provide us the consent to call you on the number provided by you and send SMS on your mobile number. You provide your consent for us to use your mobile number even if it is registered on the National " Do Not Disturb" Registry
- If TRADEIT takes action (by itself or through its associate companies) to enforce any of the provisions of this User Agreement, including collection of any amounts due hereunder, TRADEIT shall be entitled to recover from you (and you agree to pay), in addition to all sums to which it is entitled or any other relief, at law or in equity, reasonable and necessary attorney's fees and any costs of any litigation.
- In some cases, updation in various section of app such as tracksheet, open call, my account, settings or even entire app may take some time and for any such delay none of the employee, management, owner will be responsible.
REFUND POLICY
At TRADEIT, we value our customer's and are committed to providing world class services. While we take our accuracy seriously, our clients also need to realize that we do NOT offer a 100% guarantee on our calls and hence cannot offer any refund on subscriptions regardless of the individual client's performance. Kindly Note that;
- All sales / subscriptions are final and there will be ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS and CANCELLATIONS. However payment made for getting the advisory calls through mobile application will be available for use for the period of 1 month from the date of credit to TRADEIT bank accounts (Except special advisory services those may be rendered on monthly / quarterly / Half yearly / yearly basis). Post 1 month the amount will be eligible for forfeiture without prior intimation.
- In an unlikely event that after payment, service for a client is not started for technical reasons beyond the control of TRADEIT or if TRADEIT decides not to start service for a specific client, the client will be paid back the amount as soon as it is possible.
- TRADEIT cash credit (Bonus / Gift voucher / Cash Reward / referral bonus) will expire after 7 days from the date of credit given in customer ledger. Customers are advised to utilize such credit within stipulated time period. Tangible gifts under any offer will be declared via draw system and TRADEIT will reserve all the rights. Any referral bonus can be accumulated maximum up to 750 points in any month. Management will have all the rights to pass the reverse entry in clients account at any points of time without any pre information to client. At the time of making such reverse entry, all the referral bonus points will be debited as it is irrespective of customer made payment or not.
- By providing your mobile number, you provide us the consent to call you on the number provided by you and send SMS on your mobile number. You provide your consent for us to use your mobile number even if it is registered on the National “Do Not Disturb" Registry. In case, the client has opted for SMS based services and is not able to receive SMS on the number provided by the client because of client's DND status. If the records from our SMS service provider indicate that service SMS were sent to the number that client provided, we will deem that as delivery of service from our end and will not entertain request for refund based on non delivery of SMS. We advise our clients to de-register from DND either before making a payment or as soon as the service is started
- Clients opted for personal call manager will be charged upfrontly for the value added services and such sum will not be refund in any case.
- Clients opting broker services through TRADEIT will be personally liable to broker for any debit on their trade. TRADEIT does not charge anything from clients for such services hence not at all responsible for any liability towards your relationship with suggested broker.
- Customer agrees to submit KYC (Know Your Client) and CRP (Customer Risk Profile) documents to TRADEIT or to his/her broker (to be added or updated in the KRA database). A failure to add or update the KYC will lead to a hold on the service and a refund will not be provided to the customer. The service will only be started after the customer KYC and CRP are added / updated in a satisfactory manner.
- To judge the risk profile of clients, TRADEIT have provided few questions which have been submitted to SEBI as client risk assessment on its application interface. All customers / downloader are requested to update that document basis their risk appetite. This can be change anytime via setting options.

Governing Law
