These are phone specific issues related to permissions. Please go to your installed App section in app and assign full permissions and security to our App.

How to subscribe? Is it safe?

Yes, it is 100% safe and secure. You can subscribe us under “Account Recharge” section. Provide and upload your KYC details and choose the service. For online we have tie up with CC Avenues which offer entire gamut of online banking services. For conventional banking uses we have our current account is ICICI, HDFC, BOI and IDBI banks.

Why you need KYC documents?

As per SEBI Investment Adviser Regulation Act, each SEBI registered investment adviser has to maintain KYC of its paid clients.

What is the refund process?

Any amount you subscribed with us is not refundable. Hence we encourage you to please evaluate our performance in each front before subscribing to us.

Do your app works if internet is not working?

No, one needs to have internet connectivity to access TRADEIT application.

How we will receive advisory calls?

You will receive advisory call on TRADEIT for the services you have selected. Whenever there is an advisory released of your chosen services you will hear a notification bell.

What to do with promotional balance of Rs 400 which you have credited in my account?

The purpose of these promotional credits is to make our users familiarize with the operational aspects of this application. We do not provide any free calls so please do not trade on such calls.

Can I also make changes in services?

Yes, you can at any point of time make alteration in your chosen services. Go to “Choose services” section and change / alter your relevant services anytime anywhere.

What is “Open Call” section and how it is different from “Track Sheet”?

“Open call” is customer specific section. You can trace the performance of the advisory you have opened. In “Track sheet” you will find the performance of all the call whereas in “Open Call” section whatever call you have opened will get listed here.

How much is the minimum recharge amount? Can we also recharge less than your minimum subscription amount?

Minimum subscription amount is Rs 5000/- with a validity of 6 months chargeable on open call basis. Anything less than Rs 5000/- is not accepted. Please visit offer section before subscribing us so that you don’t lose anything on offers.

How the advisory calls will be received?

Advisory calls will be received only on TRADEIT app through advisory notifications. For MaxMin services calls will be delivered through SMS also however we advise to use app only. For B2B segment calls will be delivered only via SMS.

What is MaxMin Services?

MaxMin stands for maximum profit in minimum number of trades. It is an exclusive HNI advisory service wherein subscribers will get limited call but highly profitable calls in a month in chosen segment. One should always have to follow provided stop losses and levels in all calls.

How the advisory calls will be received?

Advisory calls for MaxMin services calls will be delivered both through SMS and app notifications.

What are the charges for MaxMin services?

MaxMin services are charged on monthly basis; please refer the respective section on website and app for segment wise specific prices and prevailing offers

MaxMin services are intraday or holding services?

Calls under MaxMin services will mostly be holding in nature as their targets are big What is the minimum investment required for MaxMin services? For cash there is not minimum investment however for future segment the recommended investment size should be 2.5 Lacs – 3 Lacs. For Option recommend investment size will be between 1 Lac -2 Lacs

Does MaxMin services are sure shot calls and are stop loss proof?

No call in stock market is stop loss proof. Any call can hit to stop loss so please trade as per your own risk profile and follow stop loss with no exceptions

What is the refund process?

Any amount you subscribed with us is not refundable.

What is B2B Services?

B2B services end to end advisor calls available for brokers / sub-brokers / SEBI registered advisors and research analysts. Upon subscription they can use all our advisory calls to grow their business

Does white label solution is possible in B2B services?

Yes, the white labeling is possible and we will deliver the advisory calls via SMS on your given numbers mentioning your organization’s name.

Who will be responsible for the loss incurred on advisory calls?

Stock and commodity markets are subject to market risk and TRADEIT will not be responsible for any loss in any manner

Does free trail is available?

Generally we do not provide free trails however just to check the risk reward and other operational aspect we may provide few calls however the purpose will only be academic in nature and should not be used for actual trading

What is the refund process?

  • TRADEIT may be crediting few hundred points in customer accounts so that prospective customer can make themselves familiar from this mobile application operationally. For this purpose whatever call may e provided to unpaid clients may be of demo nature. No customer should do actual trading on those calls and any loss arising out of such unpaid call will not be the responsibility of TRADEIT
  • Customer agrees to submit KYC (Know Your Client) and CRP (Customer Risk Profile) documents to TRADEIT or to his/her broker and to be added or updated in the KRA database. Customer also empowers TRADEIT to use KYC Rating Agencies (KRA) to comply KYC guidelines. A failure to add or update the KYC will lead to hold on the service till fulfillment of relevant guidelines. The service will only be started after relevant KYC and CRP are added / updated in a satisfactory manner.
  • If there is any conflict between this User Agreement and other documents, this User Agreement shall govern, whether such order or other documents is prior to or subsequent to this User Agreement, or is signed or acknowledged by any director, officer, employee, Representative or agent of TRADEIT.
  • By providing your mobile number, you provide us the consent to call you on the number provided by you and send SMS on your mobile number. You provide your consent for us to use your mobile number even if it is registered on the National " Do Not Disturb" Registry
  • If TRADEIT takes action (by itself or through its associate companies) to enforce any of the provisions of this User Agreement, including collection of any amounts due hereunder, TRADEIT shall be entitled to recover from you (and you agree to pay), in addition to all sums to which it is entitled or any other relief, at law or in equity, reasonable and necessary attorney's fees and any costs of any litigation.
  • In some cases, updation in various section of app such as tracksheet, open call, my account, settings or even entire app may take some time and for any such delay none of the employee, management, owner will be responsible.

REFUND POLICY

At TRADEIT, we value our customer's and are committed to providing world class services. While we take our accuracy seriously, our clients also need to realize that we do NOT offer a 100% guarantee on our calls and hence cannot offer any refund on subscriptions regardless of the individual client's performance. Kindly Note that;

  • All sales / subscriptions are final and there will be ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS and CANCELLATIONS. However payment made for getting the advisory calls through mobile application will be available for use for the period of 6 months from the date of credit to TRADEIT bank accounts (Except special advisory services those may be rendered on monthly / quarterly / Half yearly / yearly basis). Post 6 months the amount will be eligible for forfeiture without prior intimation. Period of 6 month may change with prior intimation of 1 month.
  • In an unlikely event that after payment, service for a client is not started for technical reasons beyond the control of TRADEIT or if TRADEIT decides not to start service for a specific client, the client will be paid back the amount as soon as it is possible.
  • TRADEIT cash credit (Bonus / Gift voucher / Cash Reward / referral bonus) will expire after 7 days from the date of credit given in customer ledger. Customers are advised to utilize such credit within stipulated time period. Tangible gifts under any offer will be declared via draw system and TRADEIT will reserve all the rights. Any referral bonus can be accumulated maximum up to 750 points in any month. Management will have all the rights to pass the reverse entry in clients account at any points of time without any pre information to client. At the time of making such reverse entry, all the referral bonus points will be debited as it is irrespective of customer made payment or not.
  • By providing your mobile number, you provide us the consent to call you on the number provided by you and send SMS on your mobile number. You provide your consent for us to use your mobile number even if it is registered on the National “Do Not Disturb" Registry. In case, the client has opted for SMS based services and is not able to receive SMS on the number provided by the client because of client's DND status. If the records from our SMS service provider indicate that service SMS were sent to the number that client provided, we will deem that as delivery of service from our end and will not entertain request for refund based on non delivery of SMS. We advise our clients to de-register from DND either before making a payment or as soon as the service is started
  • Clients opted for personal call manager will be charged upfrontly for the value added services and such sum will not be refund in any case.
  • Clients opting broker services through TRADEIT will be personally liable to broker for any debit on their trade. TRADEIT does not charge anything from clients for such services hence not at all responsible for any liability towards your relationship with suggested broker.
  • Customer agrees to submit KYC (Know Your Client) and CRP (Customer Risk Profile) documents to TRADEIT or to his/her broker (to be added or updated in the KRA database). A failure to add or update the KYC will lead to a hold on the service and a refund will not be provided to the customer. The service will only be started after the customer KYC and CRP are added / updated in a satisfactory manner.
  • To judge the risk profile of clients, TRADEIT have provided few questions which have been submitted to SEBI as client risk assessment on its application interface. All customers / downloader are requested to update that document basis their risk appetite. This can be change anytime via setting options.
  • We strongly recommend that before making a payment, our visitors and potential clients, please:
    • Read all information about our products, services and support given to our clients
    • Visit 'About Us' and 'Past Performance' sections on our website
    • Read our Terms & Condition and Disclaimer
    • Read our Privacy Policy
  • Your security is paramount importance to us and we urge you to do not allow children or other unauthorized family members or friends to access your credit cards or your account at the payment site to ensure that no one pays for a Membership without your permission. By making a payment for Membership to our mobile application and website, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the above and NO REFUND or cancellation will happen thereafter in any circumstances.
